Runny stools

Hi, What does it mean when your dragon has runny stools? My 3 year old male just started having them a couple days ago and im worried. Please help.

Get a fecal done. It may not be anything but it's a pretty good indicator for parasites (coccidia).

runny stools ty pically mean one of three things. the first would be parasites, especially if the runny stools are also accompied by a real horrid stink. second could be due to a change in diet, either different insects, new greens, more water heavy greens than usual, such as squash, carrots, romaine or iceberg lettace, watermelon etc. or, it could just be a fluke.

if there hasn't been any change of diet and no horrid stink to the stools, i would wait and see what the next couple poops are like. if they are still runny, then do what heartmountain suggests and take a stool sample [as fresh as possible, you can refrigerate over night if necessary] to a vet for a fecal check for parasites.
