I've had people claim that this is a Central American boa. What do you think?

Well to start off with, I would say that your Boa is strongly influenced by Southern Central America. The Circle Back Pattern, and orange looking saddles hint at a Honduran Influence, However it is doubtful (by just looking at it) that it is pure locality on eitherside. It may be a Central crossed with Colombian which is very common and is the case with most morph Boas, and most Captive Bred non-locality specific Boas out there. Now to clear up the Common/ Colombian/ Central American thing.
All three are BCI Boas (meaning they are all the same sub-species of Boa Constrictor)Calling a Boa a central American Boa is like calling a person from the US an American, Nothing wrong with doing it, it is just not very desriptive. Central America has a vast array of different looking Localities in their Boas, so at least a country is needed to truly ID the local of a CA Boa. Colombian Boas (yes it is spelled Colombian Not Columbian, that spelling if for Columbia Uni., not that my spelling is great but it is a common mistake) Are also BCI Boas except for the Letica Colombian Boas, which is a small section that jets into the Peruvian area and these boas look more Peruvian then they due Colombian (IMO), But in general the Central American Boas are considered to be "Common Boas"
I hope this helps some
