canadian money?

alright, so I am selling one of the burms I have. this girl I was going to ship to is in canada. she says if I can get papers of live arrival and genetics proof she will pay 80 canadian dollars. I am asking 120 usd. How much would 80 cnd, be in usd. and how would I get live arrival and genetics proof papers?

Due to pythons' Appendix index, you might want to check to make sure that you don't need any additional permits; getting raided by federal officials is not a pleasant experience. Personally, I wouldn't go through the hassle for that small of a sale.

You will need CITES paperwork, USF&W paperwork, a vet inspection, an agriculture canada permit. It's been a while so I may be missing a few. It's an expensive process which is why most dealers have anywhere from a 1000 dollar and greater minimum for orders from outside the US. Back about 6 years ago I ordered 500 dollars worth of tortoise from the Glades Herp in Florida. back then that was their minimum overseas order. It ended up costing me around 1300 dollars after it was all said and done. Definitely not worth it for that kind of money.

As much as I hate the boring American currency, don't take what monopoly money she has to offer; wait until a real buyer walks up.
