Hi,
Where can you get CB water snakes? The ones I'm most interested in are the red phase mangroves, the red-bellies, and nice-looking bandeds. Also, do all of these snakes musk you when they get mad, or is it just the red-bellies?
Thanks,
Jeff

Banded, diamondback, and northern water snakes all musk when they get mad. They are the only ones I've had much to do with. Better assume it's a genus characteristic.
Can't help on the other questions.

I do not know of anyone that captive breeds water snakes. I would try Glades Herp, they normally have some water snakes on hand. I checked their list the other day and i think they had some banded and some mangrove or salt-marsh water snakes for sell.
And yes all bite and musk when stressed.
Hope I helped!
Pretty much any snake will musk if it feels threatened.
That said, mangrove salt marsh snakes in my opinion are the best to keep but I'm just slightly biased...
I'll have babies in July/August.

Wow, if you had any available at the end of next year (when I graduate from college) I would be totally interested in buying some.
