I contacted your expert about the snake bite pressure that you and LarryF were arguing over. I think that you misunderstood what the expert was saying. He said that If you have 10 pounds per square inch delivered to an area of 1/2 square inch, you get a resultant force of 20 pounds. 1 square mm is 0.00155 square inches which results in a point force of 71 pounds. Larry was right about the pressure increasing when the surface area decreases. I am not criticizing your posts, just letting you know that you might have misunderstood what your expert said.

Let's move on.
Force (weight) is measured in Newtons and pressure is measured in Pascals. There really is no reason to argue units of measurement that have already been established.
