This summer I have the oppurtuniy to head down to Puerto Villarta Mexico, in Jalisco for a few weeks. I have never been herping in mexico before and I was wondering if anyone knows what types of herps I might encounter in central mexico. Most of the literature I find descibes many species from the far north and the southern yucatan area with very little in between. So aside from jalisco milksnakes, whats out there??
