The best warning is dont do it. Unless of course you are wanting them to breed and have done the legg work to get th young to homes and or can aford to and have the time to take care of manny manny young Geckos.
My Research and Collection
I would say, even if you want to breed, you still should never house a single female with a male fulltime. He will stress her out with continual breeding attempts, they can end up fighting due to this possibly causing injuries, and the females does physically need a break from egg laying.

it is not a good idea, stick to trying to get complete sheds first and all then good stuff then maybe after a few months of everything going well then maybe think about it. i did the same thing and started off with two geckos, then two eggs. now i have 23 geckos and babies and i dont have time for. i feel really bad but i am going to be selling some of my adults, and the babies when they get old enough. it is heart breaking
however it is also very cool to know that these eggs were layed and left in my hands and now they are healthy beautiful babies. i have spent more money on these guys then anything ever, maybe even more then my horse! definatly past the 2 thousand mark and i havent even been doing this very long, not even 6 months. now i have too many and have to go to school.
