Hi! Haven't heard from me since January but I'm still alive...and so is my Pacman!

He's about 2.5 to 3 inches (give or take) across...havent measured in about 3 weeks so probably closer to 3 by now (if not a little more).

I've had him for almost exactly two months, when I bought him he was about an inch all the way around...so he's doubled/tripled in size

First question: Is he growing too fast? Too slow?

Eating habits he's gone from 10 large crickets to 1 pinkie, to 2 pinkies now he's on a fuzzy every 3 days (and seems to enjoy it alot!)

And he's been moved into a 10 gallon tank from a Critter Carrier (and he hasn't croaked/vocalized since, but he was squeaking when in the carrier- that and the dark spots on his throat make me think he's a male)

Is the lack of vocalization a problem?

Also, if I wanted to breed him.... (and I do)

How old should he be?
Is there any risk of him beaing eaten by a large female?
Is it like dog breeding where stud gets first pick of the "litter" ?

Can you cross breed PacMan with other breeds of frog? Like he's an Argentine Horned Toad....could he breed with other kinds of horned toads? Or whats the deal? If he breeds with a red or an albino which color is dominant (assuming not albino)...

Info of any kind would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for taking the time to help the newbie!

Umm... the growth rate seems to be ok if he is about 2 1/4 inches right now. If he is more like 3 inches then i think it was too fast (in other words, he was feed a lot!).

Try to feed him a pinkie only about every 3 weeks. U don't what him to get overweight. Stick to crickets, and remeber to dust them once a week and gut load them every time before feeding...

About breeding... I would not breed if i were you. It is very difficult, and one need LOTS of experiance. Sometimes they will eat each other. It is also hard to ID the sex. It is also real hard to maintain the tadpoles (they eat each other too).
