Hi, I have and breed collareds and know pretty much what they need, and your agama dragon (japalura) needs a completely different setup.
Your female collared from a desert habitat, should have a basking spot of 100 - 105 and the rest of tank should be high 80's to 90 degrees. A shallow water dish, rocks for basking/ jumping.
Your agama is from more of a tropical cloud forest, should have temps of about 80 -85 with a drop at night.
He is an arboreal lizard (climbs limbs/trees) needs limbs and vines/plants , needs a water container large enough for a dip as they like to sit in the water, even have an air-stone in a shallow pool for them, they love it. Some people provide a water fall for them. They need higher humidity.
I hope this helps, and you can provide the right set up for each.
Wish ya the best with your 2 friends!
