we have had our leo "Monty" for almost a year. When we got the poor little guy he was really sick with a parasite, very thin tail, not eating, diahreaha......that was a year ago... we footed a huge vet bill, feed poor little Monty by syringe, and antibiotics for like a month or more until the vet gave us a clean bill of health, and we started feeding small crickets. Monty eats any where from atleast a dozen to two dozen or sometimes more crickets every day!!!! we now feed him medium sized crickets...my question is this...because when we first got him and he was so sick and tiny would this affect his growth??? ie meaning he will always be small??? i ask because looking at pictures and what not Monty seems really tiny compared to other one year olds.i don't know how much he weighs cause i don't own a gram scale. i kinda been guaging his weight gain by his tail....and his tail is huge...is it normal for a leos tail to be bigger than his body??? just thought i would through this question out there...sorry for the long story but thanks for any info you can give.
