Hey i was wondering if a gecko can be to old to mate. I was wondering what would happen if i had a 5 year old male mate with a 5 year old female. If in fact a gecko can be to old to mat can the female or male become ill or get injured?
thanks guys

5 years old is not that old at all, this is around the prime age to breed. After about 8 years old the number of offspring starts to decline and after about 10-12 they stop reproducing altogether.

Leos can live to be nearly 30 years old, although the early 20's is more likely.
