if theres one theres more. unless there is a male present the eggs are infertile and wont hatch. the size of a thumb nail? thats really small; they are more like an inch long. you need to provide her with damp soil to dig in and lay the rest of the eggs or else she will get egg bound and can die. making eggs depleates calcium, protein, and fat stores so make sure to give her extra food and calcium supplements for a few weeks or so.
