King Ratsnake (Elaphe carinata)

johnbort2 Mar 07, 2006 11:28 AM

Wondering if anyone here could point me in the right direction on care sheets for this species, as well as any opinions on them. I currently keep subocs, cribo's, kings and rainbow boas. These looked interesting to me, but I can't find a lot of info. thanks, John

Got a baby recently (the first of this species I have kept in 20 odd years).
My experience with them is that they tollerate a pretty good temp range and conditions, usually feed very well. A rather easy to keep form, though occasionally cranky.

The old name was: The Stinking Goddess
