an idea for a cure

thank you guys for the help, i had an idea to put some calcium powder in his water and he drank alot, maybe he liked it more in the water thank on the bugs. im buying a uvb bulb today, he seems a bit better after the pinkie, hind legs fuctioning slightly better,the cage temp is 100 on basking spot, cage temp about 82-87 he shed about a week ago, duno if that has anything to do with it. thank you guys for following through

I have never tryed to use powder cal. in water, they do have a liquid I think. But what every you can do to get calcium into your collard will work just fine. Also ckeck your temps in your cage, they might be a little low. You want a Basking spot in your tank at about 105f and on the other side at about 10-15 degrees cooler for thermo regulation. Also if you could get him real sunlight 15-20 min a day to help boost him calcuim production.

on the rocks before and had my collareds eat if right from the rocks. You may want to give that a try as well.

I put a pinch or 2 on their basking spot/slate. I spilled some on the floor awhile ago and Chippewa , one that free roams came over and took mouthfuls, was amazing.

I have seem many others take it like this too.
