I have 5 babies(out of 10) and counting that have hatched/are in the process of hatching. Unfortunately, my friends' incubator went haywire while she was on vacation(she had 19 of the 29 eggs cause there wasnt enough room in my incubator for all of them) and killed the 19 eggs. I really havent had good luck for my first time breeding reptiles, first the "egg slitting" incident and now this(I wish they were as easy as mice/rats to breed! lol. but that would take all the fun out of it). I was just wondering if it is possible for the babies of a normal(I sware shes not a normal because shes got pale yellow and a bit of lavender on her but thats what she was sold as) and a redxgold to have babies with a greenish tint to them? most of the babies have greenish colors, brown, tan, lavander, and red/orange coloring. its just kinda weird since i thought the babies would look like a cross between the parents. maybe im just imagining the colors too after seeing some greenish colored beardies at the reptile expo yesterday.
