Daytona 2006 Who's going and who' s got

RuBeN14 Mar 07, 2006 03:04 PM

a table? I know this is a bit early but what the hey. I got my room at the Hilton the other day and I think they still have a good number of rooms left but they go quick around this time so i'd advise getting on that soon. Anyways,I can't wait to do it all over again and meet more new people.

O I am going back. Last year was my first year at Daytona and I left with 5 corn snakes. I hope to add to my boa collection this year. I love it there because I get to see all the stuff I only see in pictures online.

We'll be in Daytona. Last year we added nine new boas, a crested gecko, a blue tongue skink and a cherryhead redfoot tortoise. I think that was it. And once you go the first time, you have to go every year. This will be our third. And Daytona just gets things warmed up. It is followed shortly by the NARBC Chicago show, and this year, the new weekend expo in Indianapolis. I'll have no money left for Christmas presents. Looks like everyone is getting photo albums of the new kids. And of course the old ones like Stuart the cherryhead!!!

regular rate? I went with ocean view room. They raised the price a tiny bit from last year.

Ruben Michel

bcijoe Mar 09, 2006 07:39 AM

I think they are the same price or a few bucks more, but I doubt more than an ocean view.
I got one 2 years back, and couldn't get one last year because of the flooding from the hurricane.

I think if you are going to party and have fun, cabana is the way to go.
But if you are looking for a little more of a quiet, clean, secure setting (have snakes with you), I would probably prefer an inside room.

Either way, you're buying me a drink... LOL

See you there!

a golf cart again? lol

I will see you again.... will have a table with my buddy Ben Cole again.

We have an end cap and are directly in front of Ben Siegel's end cap, diagonal from Pete Kahl's, and close to John Mack's, right around the corner from Celia Chen / Sean of EBN.

I have two rooms, just in case.... lol

Figured if I get really smashed one night, I should be able find and make it back to atleast one of them! LOL

Good times!

Thanks again for picking me and the girl up from the airport. who's room is the game in? LoL I know some of you guys are poker players so maybe we can get a game going? Joe should turn his other room into the Vegas Room!!

Ruben Michel

bcijoe Mar 09, 2006 02:39 PM

Doesn't sound bad at all!!!

I may turn that room into the party room!

Then I can put a turnstyle at the door, get some bouncers, and charge an entry fee! lol

Probably get a DJ in the bathroom, set up a bar in the closet, and get some hot dancers on top of the armoire!

I'm getting ideas! lol... keep feeding me!
