High Blue PTS

Hey everyone I know there aren�t too many breeders focussing on PTS out there but I am wondering if anyone knows of any high blue animals alive in captivity, I have seen the odd picture of truly BLUE pts and not just pale green animals in shed. If any one is working with blue pts of knows of somehow who is I would be very interested to know.
