How do i determine if a ball python is a female without probing it? My buddy has a 3.5 foot ball python that he wants me to take for him, If its a female then im going to take her and use her to breed to a pastel, now all i need to kno is if she is really a she.

If you don't want to probe see a hepr vet or find a herp club or look for a breeder in your area. Any of these should be able to help you probe. As an adult it's your obly reliable way really.

With the proper technique any size ball can be everted which is far more reliable than probing. I do not even own a set of probes.
