It looks like they're both C.cranwelli. Although the top photo is so blurry it's hard to tell. The red one looks like it is also a cranwelli, because there's no differnce in it's spots/patterning compared to a normal green one. C.cranwelli can come in a variety of colors ranging from light or olive greens, browns, and brick reds.
The easiest way to identify an ornate horned frog is by the spots behind the eyes. Ornates have two spots on the backside of each eye and two in the middle of the head; these spots are non-existent on a cranwells. Ornates have dark black/brown spots on a bright lime green background, they also have varying amounts of bright red speckling.
