Worse case your snake wont eat them but if they have remained frozen they arent any danger to your snake.
I have hoppers going on a year this month almost out of them but still a few and my snakes have been eating them no problem.
Mine are frozen in those sealed bags I imagine yours to. Ofcourse the bag has been opened but I "reseal" it with another plastic bag and close it tight with a rubber band.
Again some snakes wont eat long term frozen but mine eat them like they are new. You could try a few pinkies yourself to see if fresh . Lol kidding .
If they remained frozen they are fine over time they arent as nutritious as freshly frozen but they are still edible .
I don't think there is a statute on the pinkies. They are also severely freezer burned. I have a few thousand that I got from a pet shop that was going out of business and they have to be at least 3-4 years old. They always eat them!
