Pastel

will a normal pastel from a pastel x super pastel genrally have better color and MORE blusing. Ive seen tons of pastel and was at the hamburg show and saw a bunch there but they werent any where near as aweosme as the one that i have. what makes some pastels have more yellow and blush more than others?

yea i have the same question. I havent seen alot of blushing pastels. Yours has a big patch of blushing. Very cool.

Just as morph genes can be inherited so can basic "normal" genes - we have seen things like reduced patterns, blushings, blackbacks, clear bellies, flames, jungle patterns, etc. being passed down from one generation to the next in morphs and normals.

When looking at what makes a better pastel - you need to look at both the pastel genes going into as well as the "normal" genes.
