My 4 year old, approx 6 foot female bull, laid a clutch (of 9)of what appears to be normal sized eggs (weight 200 grams total) and has never been breed, is this unusual?

Boy is she begging for a mate. LOL. I have had it happen with mature, but unbred snakes 6 or 7 times in the past. Of course all the eggs were infertile in my cases. But there have been cases where a virgin reptile has produced viable offspring in the past. If that happens, please let me know so I can send you to some folks that are a lot smater than I am in the Herptology field.

I already threw them out, believing there would be no way they could be fertile, since she had never been with a male.
Thank you for the great and interesting information.
I guess the moral for me, would be to never make assumptions about nature.
I’ll have to hook her up next year; I have a red male who would enjoy nothing more than to show her a night on the town. LOL
Thanks again, Lee

I'm new to posting photos, hopefully this one will turn out better. I was going to lay a ruler next to the eggs for measurement, but I forgot before I tossed them out.
The scale pan is approximately 6 X 10 inches.
Thanks again, Lee
