Boelen's are copping...

robyn@ProExotics Mar 10, 2006 01:31 PM

i don't get a chance to post much, but i read to stay current

we are chasing the elusive Boelen's babies again this year, we have tweaked the cycling again, and last night, this was a solid step. we actually had two pairs copping last night. these adults have been raised here at PE from captive hatchlings. love the iridescence captured in the pics as well.

I wish you guys all the luck on this one, and really all your projects of course. These are my favorite Pythons, and I have been waiting for a few years now to see if anyone could be succesful with getting eggs from a captive breeding and hatching them. Keep us posted Tom Stevens

It seems to be almost as hard to breed Apadora as it is Boelens. Humidity is a key for both. Temps can go lower on Boelens, though.
