I'm gonna be going to the All-Ohio reptile show tomorrow in search of a leopard gecko. I've been researching them a lot lately, but just found out today that the show is tomorrow. Can anyone give me a quick checklist of things that I'll NEED to get for his first day here. Of course I'm gonna be adding on different items in the next few days, but could i just get a list of the basics that he won't be able to go without for a day? (besides aquarium, lid, heat light) I really appreciate any help I could get.

It would be very good for him to have hides, at least two. On the warm side put a humid hide and then on the cooler side put a dy hide. Also put in a water dish.

-Mealworks (meduim/small)
-Waterdish with water
-Calcipowder would be good (you can typically get them pretty cheap at herp shows)
-Hides dry/humid
-Pappertowells for the bottom of cage (NO SAND or any other loose substrate)

Also, are you planning on getting a baby? or an adult?
