feeding proplem

I've heard that mealworms have alot of fat and crickets are more nutritional.

i just bought a new female almost-adult 7-9 months gecko that rejects crickets and just eats mealworms. i'm trying to feed her only 2 mealworms a day and see if she gets hungry and try the crickets.

Should i dont give her any worms at all untill she starts eating crickets or do you have other ideas?

When they get hungry they will eat the crickets. You can also use silkworms.

Just let her eat the mealworms. There just as, if not more nutritional, and have less of an exoskeliton.

P.S. Don't forget to powder em!

Not sure if this post is dead or not!? A lot of people use mealworms as there geckos main staple so dont worry if she wont take to crickets. If your really concerned shes not getting enough nutrients go out and get a lil jar of stage2 baby food. Something chicken and put a quarter sized amount or more in the bowl with the mealworms and some carrots and that way by the time your gecko eats them they'll be nice and loaded! Dont forget to dust them aswell!
