Somehow he's received an abrasion to hi right rear knee. It bled a little, but has dried up. The crickets I feed them now nibble at it. Is there anything I should do to protect it or is this normal?

Somehow he's received an abrasion to hi right rear knee. It bled a little, but has dried up. The crickets I feed them now nibble at it. Is there anything I should do to protect it or is this normal?
Usually minor wounds heal by themselves without problem, leave some food for the crickets in your cage, this should keep them off your lizard.
