One of my Dragon Agama has an abrasion on it's right read knee. It bledda little. It has dried up. The feeder crickets pick at it occassionally. Is ther anything I can do?

One of my Dragon Agama has an abrasion on it's right read knee. It bledda little. It has dried up. The feeder crickets pick at it occassionally. Is ther anything I can do?
Keep it clean, the enclosure clean, and feed fewer crickets at a time, so they are eaten before they have a chance to bother it.
If it's not showing signs of healing, especially after the next shed, then see a vet about it.
