get any better than that one!

thanks john, i hope they give me some little one just like them.what i think is special about them is that when most people look at them they think it is missing the black.these are from a chocolate/bananna line they are missing the brown color. i have mostly chocolates so i can visualize them in their normal phase.they would look like this second pic o and i got the new rack into usage. it feels good to have all of my snakes finally in the racks. thanks bro

ps look at the big gash i put into the side of it ouch! i was going to change the wood out but i took a vote and only the thayeri thought they were to good to be in a dinged up rack. so it is a beauty mark now.hahaha

I don't think of myself as an albino fan, but your guy is beautiful. Do most people here change water on a three-day schedule? I seem to be changing water all of the time, but I really don't know what my schedule is.

It's not how many snakes you have. It's how happy and healthy you can keep them.

i have to keep the water change on a minimum 3 day schedule to ensure that my kings are getting clean healthy water. i clean the dishes with bleach every week.i keep this all on a record sheet because i am anal about their health.jetzen gave me some good advice he said to pull the water dish and put a clean one in every time you go in the cage even if it was changed the day before.that is a good practice and i do pull the water just about every time. if you pour out your water the next time run a finger through the bottom of the dish. if it is slimy then you need to clean and change the water more often.if i would not drink it then it would be poor of me to expect my snakes to.

I think I misunderstood at first. Thanks for the explanation. I thought that you meant that it's exactly 3 days every time. My schedule is shorter than that most of the time, but I don't bleach the bowls very often. I'm planning to start using one of those "natural" cleaners like chlorohexidrine or something for my regular bowl cleaning. I rarely have problems with the slime, but my guy tends to get pieces of substrate in his water.

hey that is a good idea. a friend of mine uses that and it works great for him.i am going to at some point but the bleach is very cheap and gets the job done. the cool thing about that product is that you can put it in a spray bottle and use it on your hands after handling your snakes.
let me know how you like it.
thanks jason
