WHERE IS A GOOD PLACE TO BUY A PUMP TO POWER A MISTING SYSTEM. PREFERABLY ONE THAT CAN BE PLACED UNDER SUBSTRATE IN DRAINAGE LAYER OF VIVARIUM?

There are probably a lot of technical things with automated misting that you can do, but the most simple is just to get a manual pump mister, fill it with spring water and spray the tank on a daily basis. This is no big deal, because you will also be feeding your frogs, watching and paying attention to them anyway. Eschew the small ultrasonic foggers. They are crap with a capital C. For a first tank, I would keep it as simple as possible. Later on, you can go higher tech and more automated if you want to, but in the beginning, all you need is the basics: a drainage layer or if you want to go fancier, a false bottom with a pump and circulating water. A closed glass hinged top, which will insure proper humidity, and a room temperature between 65 and 80 degrees. The various substrates and building of false bottoms and water features are discussed elsewhere, as well as lighting, which is mostly for the plants.
