Just got this one. Even it's only a month old, the pattern and somewhat the colors will stay that way through adulthood.

. It is interesting that there is so much variation in those "unidentified ssp." Rainbow Boas from western Guyana, southern Venezueala, and the extreme northern tip of Brazil. That one looks somewhat like other ones I have seen and that you have posted PICs of but it is still a little different. The Guyanan ones I have seen nearly always have quite a bit of sidestripes on the neck. Somebody needs to do lots more work to identify the range and the variation across the range of the unidentified Guyanan/Southern venezuealan subspecies. It seems like you are the guy best located to do the field work.
