a place to lay eggs

thebig_j Mar 12, 2006 03:13 PM

My female is gravid. I can see she is getting ready to lay her eggs. I have placed a small "bowl" of moss that I am keeping moist for her. Is this ok or does it need to be a hide. and is moss ok or should i use a dirt of somekind. Also should this be on warm or cool side. any other help is awesome.

IMO It should be a closed laying box for the female with moist Vermiculite or Perlite. It should be compleatly closed except for a small hole in the side big enough for the female to enter and exit the box
