Shipping large snakes out of LAX

I'm trying to find out how to ship mid size to large pythons out of LAX. It seems to be a lot of red tape and through Dash you have to be a "varified Shipper". Does anyone have any ideas how I can just get a couple animals to a friend of mine out of California?
