African Bullfrogs/Pixie Frogs, Pacman Frogs, and Cane Toads are all pretty easy to care for and can be hand fed and they all get huge.

I think it should be noted here that frogs are not like reptiles, or even dogs, that you can take out and play with. They are completely oblivious to you and only care about you when you feed them. Your interactions may be limited to feeding, and large frogs do bite! hard. There are alot of things about our hands that are bad for the frogs, oils, salt, even the heat of our skin. make sure you are really ready for this!

I think my frog owns a megaphone....
I'm not quite sure I would reccomend those species for interaction, being as they can quite easily lacerrate a finger to the point on stiches when they are fullgrown. They do get huge....if thats what your looking for. If your looking for something that might be safe to handle on occasion Whites Treefrogs are quite resilient to this and they have also be doncuimented to lower human bloodpressure through skin contact. They don't (and shouldn't be let to) get huge, but they are very personable and not as delicate as other treefrog species, and not as skitish as other landwelling species. This is just from my experiance
Others may have their own opinions on the matter. Happy Herping!
