I posted an orange thayeri last summer that was a birthday present from a buddy. He got it at a snake show....reportedly female....well after almost a year feeding it I introduce the female
to a 1.1 proven pair and wouldn't you know it she mounted the other girl lickity split...excuse the pun.
So...I have an excess male for this season. Nothing has locked up yet but they are interested. Just goes to show that even the most experienced herpers make mistakes....not me...my buddy 30+ years experience.
