The board is warming up!

Yay, I'm glad to see some posts on here today. I always enjoy checking in here each day to see if anyone has posted anything new. As for the outside temps and turtles....as I have said before, mine are all up from hibernating now, and on nice days I put them out in their un-landscaped pen, but they love it anyway. I am thinking they have forgotten they had the run of the yard last year, as they don't try to get out or anything. It is a large enclosure though so they have lots of area to walk around and lots of logs and cubbies to go under and into.

Today is supposed to be in the mid 70's so they will get to go outside again and should be able to be out there the rest of the week during the daylight hours. I bring them in at night as I don't want them to be in the cold temps since they have been protected in the garage the past 4 1/2 months. Anyway........I will be glad when the weather warms and is stable so they can move out into their pen for the summer months. I think they will like being able to wake up each morning with the sun shining on them knowing they can explore their pen whenever they want to and not have to wait to be taken out to it. Come on Spring!! I wish all of you a good week! .....9 boxies

I can't wait for spring to arrive.. well at least after my pen is built.
I know my turtles are going to be much happier when they can wake up in the morning & then bask in the sun when they feel like it.
