Probably the easiest thig to do is hit 98 and head towards Panama City or take 98 and head west and just start taking side roads. Some you may not be able to travel very far but some you might be able to travel a lot farther then you think.
If you can find one of the fire roads you might get pretty lucky. No trafic and pretty long.
