Does anyone know how long a hatchling crested wil go before he eats on his own? Right now I have been told he is living off of his egg yolk. He pooped once, so I am assuming that was what he pooped. Or maybe it was his skin from shedding. Anyway, when will he start eating. I have been putting small crix in but he doesnt go after them?

I've found that they can take quite some time to start eating, up to 2 weeks sometimes.
