what i ment is that he has a dirtey yellow spot on his stomach scale that dos not squek when he liks it and a few hols thins on his lower stomach scales

I'm a little confused too. Based on this post and yours of 3-11, I'm guessing your blood python has two problems. He has some sores on his belly scales with yellow discoloration and some ulceration. He also emits some noise from the head when he flicks his tongue. Are those the problems you are having?
