Has anyone used provent a mite on BABY childrens, spotted or pygmy pythons? I know that some species of baby pythons are very sensitive to it so I wanted to find out if anyone had any ill effects before I used it on mine.

I know someone who used the Walmart equivilent (same active ingredient) on baby rattlers with no problems, and they sprayed directly on them, which I wouldn't advise. Wait until it dries and give it a couple hours first.

I used to work in a reptile specialty store and we used proventamite on tons of stuff. 99% of the time there were no problems, we frequently sprayed the actual animal. However, I remember baby blood pythons and baby carpet pythons specifically did not do well with any amount of proventamite. I just can't remember ever using it on any Anterasia sp.
We've used Reptile Relief. It's safe, effective and can be sprayed on everything in the enclosure (including the snake).
