Hybrid Question

Can i breed my corn and king?

1.1 Columbian red tails (Zeus, Athena)
1.1 Corn snakes (Appolo, Boreas)
0.1 King snake tri striped cal morph (Helios)

Yes, you can. Should you, thats up for debate. You would get what they call jungle corns.

Agreed. It is a common cross so whats the point? Aside from the question...Is it possible?....the only justification for hybridising is the attempt to create something different and attractive.

This cross has been done to death. Few people I know think its any kind of improvement.

The down side is many hybrids often look so much like their parent that when and if they are sold it is easy to have them miss-ided and end up being sold and bred as something they aren't.

I am seeing so many hybrids slip through the cracks that way that some species that are commonly bred are indistinguishable from the wild orrigional form.

Your better off pairing one or the other with its own species.
