Will I get the Ghost morph when breeding these 2 types of ghost.
Most hypo lines are compatible - check which line yours are from - in most probablitily - yes
As a side note: Rumor has it that butterscotch and orange are actually the same thing - someone just thought their orange hypos were nicer than plain ole orange and decided they needed a name more befitting their color hence the "butterscotch".

Thanks, I always thought they seemed very similar. Just a slight difference in coloration (a brighter orange and a faded orange) Guess I will give it a try.
LOL, guilty as charged, I am the one who named them Butterscotch in 1994. Yes I called my Ghost Butterscotch instead of Orange because Orange did not accurately describe her color "My original Butterscotch Ghost". Butterscotch was much more accurate in my opinion. Hence the name Butterscotch.

As long as the two Ghost are compatible you will hatch Ghost. Everytime I bred Yellow Ghost to Butterscotch Ghost all of my hatchlings were Butterscotch Ghost. I have bred 4 different lines of Ghost together and produced Ghost from each breeding. I now have 6 lines of Ghost and they are more than likely compatible. Good luck with your animals.
