Are you talking about a MHD? If so, it is still hard to say! Gestation for an MHD is 4 months. If you don't know when they mated then it is guesswork at best. First the female will look puffy, then downright fat. Later she will look a bit less puffy but you will be able to see lumps in her sides and abdomen. When she looks lumpy she will be closer to her due date but it is still a guessing game. When she is ready she will start digging test holes in the substrate or nest box. She may dig for 1-3 days or up to a week before laying the eggs. Watching for the digging is about the only way to know for certain when she will be ready to lay.
If you are asking about another species I am sorry but I can't help you. ; )

sorry i guess I wasnt very descriptive yes its a A.capra, well she started getting really bloated then she did somewhat deflate like you said and now I can see lumps and feel them this was over the past 2 weeks I've found little holes over the tank. Should I make her a nesting box? If so how should I do that?
sorry for the questions I have read your site before. I would feel better using a nesting box so I dont risk hurting the eggs when their laid but I'm not sure if she'll use it
Thanks for the help
If you have suitable substrate in the viv she probably won't use a nesting box. Mine didn't even when they were on papers instead laying under a vine!
Make sure the substrate is moist enough. I aim for moist enough that when you squeeze it gently it clumps but water doesn't drip out. Mist her a little extra. Giver her some calcium drops. As long as she is climbing back up into the branches at night you shouldn't have a worry but if she starts laying on the ground at night and stops digging then it is time to take her to a vet as that would be a good indication that she is eggbound.
Good luck!
