Can leos eat mealworm beetles?

Whats everyones thought on this? Can I feed a full grown Leopard Gecko the beetles that mealworms turn into?

I dont think so. Their tough shell might be too much.

Errm...Whats a beatle...I've heard some people say stuff liek "when the mealworm turns to a beatle I put it back with the rest of the colony" so I'm confused... lol Can someone explain and maybe post a pic of a beatle?

I am sorry I don’t have a picture but if you leave meal worms out and give them the chance to warm up for to long they eventually turn into beetles.

Heh, it seems just as I post stuff, it happens...One of the mealworms I put in my geckos dish was a pupa when I got home...nasty little thing...
