Ok so i brought a couple of my BPs to the VET for check ups and what not. i had a WC and im getting another one. i thought he was going to worm them but instead i bought a big bottle of panacur. he gave me directions on how to figure out how much to give but there are 2 things. 1) i dont have the paper any more and 2) i swear it wasnt in english hahah. can some one please give me a forumla that is as easy as possible. math was NOT my strong point! thanks.

It looks like the bottle you have is a 10% suspension. That means for ever 1cc of liquid you have 100 mg of panacur. You want to dose a 1000g snake with 25 mg once every 7 days for 3 weeks. So if 1000 g give 1/4 cc, adjust accordingly for size. Panacur isn't particulaly toxic, so don't freak out if you accidentally dose 1/2 cc instead of 1/4 cc. You can also make a more dilute solution to make measuring out easier. If your snake is feeding, I find it is easiest on you and the snake to get a syringe and needle, once the snake has a hold of the prey item and it is dead, inject the prey item with the desired amount of panacur before the snake lets go. The snake will then eat the prey item and panacur together without any added stress to you or the snake.
