Very pretty! I love the contrast and the colors. Looks very healthy, too.

The name Sandy comes to mind.... His ground color reminds me of sand.

Thanks for all the kind comments . He is a very cute snake . When I went to check on him he was wheezing , possible RI ? He is active , and has no other signs of RI just a very slight weezing sound every now and again. I have raised the temps just to be on the safe side . Is there anything else I should do ? If the noise continues or gets worse I will make a appointment with the vet .

Seems this has happened a lot lately. Did the snake recently shed or due to shed soon? A lot of times, it just turns out to be a peice of skin in the nostril. I am not saying that you should not worry, it is always good to be aware of your snakes health. Keep an eye on him. Is there any discharge from the nose?

I am not sure if he is going into shed or not , as I just recieved him . He has no blockage or nasal discharge , only a slight wheezing sound every now and again . I am not overly concerned but will be keeping a very close eye on him . Other than the wheezing he seems healthy , he has a good weight and is very active . Hopefully it will be that he is just going into or out of shed like what happended to my boa . Any suggestions would be great .

Is he on reptibark? the dust from it made my bp wheeze. I switched to carpet and it was cleared up in a few hours.

He was given to me by a couple who were moving . They were keeping him on sand but I have him on paper towel . Maybe the dust from the sand had been irritating him . He has only been in my care for less than 24 hours .
yes, the sand could be the cause as well as the reptile bark. It could also cause other problems too. It does not hold moisture, so snakes usually have dry, rough scales, bad sheds and so on.

Nice looking corn. Hopefully the wheezing is nothing serious. Good luck.
