what size should a male be to breed ... ? his v-shaped pores on his underside are showing as well as the buldges at the tail base. does this mean he is sexually mature? he is smaller than my female

Wait till he's about 10 months and 45 grams. The preanal pores should be secreating wax when they are sexually ready. But that can be earlier or later than 10 months. You don't want to breed him too early as he will not eat with females on the brain, and breeding may stunt his growth.

Good advice, on another note the pores and bulges were visably present on Alberto my T Albino when I got him at about 7-10G
