Will he be old enough to breed this yr if I can find a female big/old enough? there is a show coming up and I hope to find a nice female. I am looking for an okie female or an amel female. 3 yrs at least. What do you think?

of anyone selling a breedable female at the beginning of the breeding season. You have to ask yourself why they would do that instead of just breeding her and selling the babies themselves, only selling mom after she lays. Makes a lot more sense, unless they have to sell her quick because of getting married, divorced, going to college, etc. Just be sure you are convinced that they have a good reason to sell, and are not just trying to unload a female that doesn't breed.

Good luck!

this season is over and see what becomes available. Then I can ask for any records they may have on her. Find out if she produced this yr or not and why. Thanks.
