Cool! Leos are fun. Out of curisort though, why do they not want it any more? Anyway, your gonna want atleast a 10 gallon for an adult. Gonna want an undertank heater (make sure it's the right size for your tank), and a dry and humid hide. Also vitamin dust and calci dust, but I figured you already knew that if you have dragons. Also, for the substrate, don't use anything loose, especally sand. (or the "fully digestable" calci sand, cause it's not digestable) Geckos like to eat it and get impacted and die Use paper towels. Or if you want to get fancy, use slate or ceramic tiles from lowes or home depot.
