I just found some scraps of linoleum or some similar type of vinyl flooring laying around. I was thinking about using them to cover the bottoms of a wood cage I am building. I don't have the proper flooring adehsive, but I was thinking I would cut it to fit, glue it down with some gorilla glue, and then silicone around the edges to create a waterproof floor. Anyone have any thoughts if this will work well?
cheers

sounds like it should work well to me.

I think it will work well. Just make sure to moisten the wood surface before applying the glue. The linoleum will act as a moisture barrier and keep away the humidity necessary for the polyurethane glue to cure.

Use fiber glass resin. It is simply the best stuff for sealing the bottom of a cage.
