I like them! Sounds like you're describing the 100 gallon reptarium. A lot of 'bang for your buck', meaning you will get a much larger enclosure than you could get from a regular screen cage, dollar for dollar. That's important for both you and your chameleon.
Biggest drawback is that mesh material. Yes, crickets can chew through it, but you wouldn't want to leave crickets in your cage overnight for other reasons anyways! Yes, it cuts down the visibility somewhat, but that can be a plus, increasing the amount of privacy to your chameleon.
Bottom line, I would reccommend the reptariums, but be aware of their drawbacks.
